Cape Town Mayor and W Cape MEC hand over the keys to new housing

The Cape Town Community Housing Company's Morgen's Village 3 was recently visited by Cape Town Mayor, Dan Plato and the MEC for Human Settlements Bonginkosi Madikizela. Here they are pictured handing over the keys to a new house to the new occupants.

CTCHC http://www.ctchc.co.za is a social housing organisation that has housed 10 000 people in Cape Town in recent years. Launching in July 2010 will be West Cape, a new GAP housing development aimed at families with joint income around R15 000 per month.
